am soooo jealous - my local boots has no natural collection gwp.

thinking of venturing to other boots to find it - does anyone know when the offer finishes??

also has anyone used the helena movement balm from model me - want to know if it is any good before i get it. i really dont need another product i will only use once!!

My store had 2 nc bags left yesterday but I was too chicken to buy them as "the dragon" was on the till. She scrutinises everything. Will have another look today and hope someone else is on the till and they are still there !

Not sure if this has been answered already (I'm catching up after a few days off the thread due to my viva).

If you don't have a receipt they will only give you the current price back, and Time Delay is currently reduced due to the repackage.

Phone CS first and get a reference number, as the SAs in store don't like giving you a refund when you don't have a receipt, even though they should if you've had a reaction to a product.

Asked about the official policy on till spit redemption when no stock to redeem with, yet signs covering all of their windows and in in-store signage etc. This was followed by lots of flustered sounds, and an unhelpful answer.:rotfl:

So seems only thing Boots will 'officialy do' is to allow you do get a gwp at a latter date if the item is availible within the promotional period. I've posted before that I have had other experiences of [strike]being a cow bag[/strike] asking nicely for them to fufill the offers etc, so it is possible if you are[strike] a cow bag [/strike]lucky!

Sorry if this has been repeated. If I buy say 2 NO7 tan maintainers or any other No7 item that is £10 and bog off, do I only need to buy one item at £10 to get the GWP?
