Trying to explain to the unconverted like my sister just does not work -- I end up sounding a bit pathetic with my pursuit of Boots bargains when I can well afford to buy them full price ! Think I will hoard my vouchers until next week after a bad day at work when I can browse to my hearts content working out the best deals!
Is anyone else a solitary Bootster?
Yup, I'm a solitary Bootser. Went into Bristol with my sister yesterday and on the way in the car I explained the No7 Sunlotion 2for 1/GWP glitch (plus 200 points coupon). I didn't go round the shops with her though - and she didn't buy any!I think solo browsing is probably best - unless you can find a fully coverted Bootser who has seen the light and understands about going up and down all the aisles (at least twice!) looking a SELs for the small print!0 -

can i just say how nice it is to see people handing cards back left in the ATm...like i did this month:eek:
Unfortunatly i was told staff shred them as soon as they are handed in:eek:
my boits is not open on a sunday i am bored lol
As tempting as £81 is
I thought maybe they could have done a voice over or whatever its called because surely there was a big chance she would have still been in the store but no the sales assistant just took it and put it down somewhere else, now i know they shred them i would have been better asking round the shop there was probably only less than 20 people in.
Well my boots is open, nipped in quickly but now im off for lunch at the pubhave a good day hope you dont get too bored with no bootsing.

I tried to quote and reply but stoopid MSE kept telling me I had to post at least 10 characters - the 15 or so words I had put weren't enough apparently!
Anyhoo, I have these and and they're great, a bit tingly at first but a nice pouty effect - gives my lips some definition
HTH

thanks hon - I [STRIKE]am addicted[/STRIKE] do like the tingly feeling0 -
Personally I find that explaining the bargains out loud sounds a bit silly - honestly
Whenever I take my mom, it all sounds a bit pointless, especially since I - like most of us, really, or we would shop in Poundland* - can afford full price most of the times. And we all have more than we need in terms of toiletries and skincare!!
But I get such a kick out of finding the offers, getting a bargain and sharing with you lot, that I've stopped sharing out loud and keep it to this forum!!
And we do smell nice!!
EDIT: * I was thinking of what I wrote and it did not sound right!!. I meant: we would shop for ALL our toiletries in Poundland!! Because I love Poundland and popping in to check the new bargains!! a bargain is a bargain!! Don't get me wrong!!
I can't snip any of this cos I just think it is all so accurate - me down to a "T" (why do people say that?!). Love Poundland (most of my friends wouldn't be seen dead going in but are very happy for me to buy them bargains from there!) and love bargains.
And I smell lovely!
Thanks for the post - a like minded spirit - like so many on here - must be why it feels like "Home" (hark at me waxing lyrical and I haven't even been drinking - yet!)
Thanks, ladies!:A0 -

T&G MM Helena Shampoo + Helena Vitamin spray worked fine £3.01 to pay
Second time, tried MM dry shampoo + vitamin spray. Till bleeped, guy entered the free styling product free manually so had to pay £4.50. Still keeping it though their dry shampoo works wonders for me
Q. I'm out of Express vouchers and have loads of these left has anyone got a £6.99/£4.99 combo to work resulting in a £2.01 spend please?0 -

*****GLITCH ALERT*****
As promised (inspired, actually) yesterday, i went to try out the Natural collection GWP going through as free with any NC product glitch. And.... it works peeps! :j
I bought a wild strawberry facemask for 99p and got a fair few GWP bags just with that ickle 99p transaction. Didn't want to take them all from the shelf, nor push my luck anymore than i did, so left happy to go to,..another boots!
Same again, different store. I got a reduced NC apple body polisher down to £1.25 (these are adorable btw) and put through a few more GWP's with that, then bought a reduced blue NC headband for £1.00.
So for my massive spend of £3.24I got some lovely NC goodies and some GWP bags:j
They just keep going through saying 'LINK SAVE'
This seems a lovely little glitch guys.
My thanks to Nettienoo70 and her luuurvley SA for the idea xxWARNING:
Absolutley SA dependant
EDIT: I knew it worked on 2 or 3 going through, just wanted to [strike]see[/strike] test if it was never ending... :cool:0 -
Does anyone know why on the voucher in the no7 GWP one side is printed as 250 points and the other is printed with 375 Points? Can you use both sides on one item?
TIA xx0 -
