Highest paying savings accounts with faster payments?

There is Tesco Internet Saver - part of RBS - which pays 5.25% on all balances for the first 6 months (then goes to 4.75%) Not great, but see if anyone can do better..So what's the highest paying savings account that will support
a) receiving Faster Payments
b) sending and receiving Faster Payments

The transfer from Birmingham Midshires to my Nawest account made on early morning of the 27th turned up today so 2 days which isn't bad.
It's probably going to be my preffered high interest account for short term money as the egg site seems to be down a lot and this is faster (and much higher interest).
I'm currently using BM, Egg, Icesave and ICICI (don't trust them at all)0
