my wife earns £10500 per year,she is registered with a nursing agenecy and may work 2 nights a mnoth(depending on avalability of work)if 1 month she does 2 nights and the next none how does this work? will we need to phone tax credits office every month??

No. I take it for the £10,500 she works more than 30 hours a week? That's all they're interested in. Regarding the income, estimate what you think she'll get from this over the year and give them that figure.0

You do not need to keep changing the number of hours with TCO if they are not guaranteed. You dont need to make them aware that she has a 2nd job other that to just make sure that any income details you give them are inclusive of the earnings from the nursing job.0
