Is It Possible To Load Old Messenger

Win 2000 Have loaded new Yahoo messenger and it is causing lots of problems on voice.Is it possible to re-load old version.Have asked question on Yahoo,no reply Thanks

Quite often a new "improved" version of software is actually worse than the previous version !

Thanks for the reply,the site you suggested lists messenger version5,i need ymsg-1358 exe.version 5.6 I have gone to other download sites but as soon as i click on download it goes straight to the new version 7.
It looks like Yahoo are diverting all the downloads to version 7 and stopping downloads of version 5.6 All i need is a good system to see ,via webcam,and talk to via voice to my son and family in Australia.If i had win xp i could use system restore to a few days ago,this is what my son has done,unfortunately i cannot find on win 2000 any similar facility

trillian may also be another consideration , you can run LOTS of messenger type things like yahoo , aol , icq and msn on one program.
