Can you not read, Mainwaring? He WANTS to pay back the debt, and will be using the 16 grand to, but can't pay back more than £250 because if he does that then he CAN'T EAT. I'm sure him going hungry is however a small inconvenience compared to your fat interest rate.
NatWest are the !!!!!!! in all this, I'm afraid; refusing to stop interest for the sake of £50 is like holding someone underwater unless they slit their wrists, and I'd advise the OP to complain in the strongest terms to them, followed by taking them to the Financial Ombudsman.0 -
Captain Idiot, are you on some sort of medication for your obvious blindness???
Is it you the person you are trying to portray me as? , and your using the savings interest as a smokescreen?
You are ther most irritating, silly man i have ever spoke to. So silly that you make me laugh!
I suppose if i was going with no food to pay the extra £50 a month and being hospitilised(due to malnutrition) eating the taxpayers food i would be wrong too????
Why dont you quote where i have ever said i wont pay it back? , or i wasnt prepared to stop "enjoying myself".
Is paying every penny out and having no money left to enjoy myself enough?? Would you rather i die, just because i have some debts?
I think the owner of this forum needs to look through all the members and ban people like you as you offer no beneficial advice. Just the usual clap trap about being so morally perfect and all "us" are scum.
If your so perfect at money managing THEN WHY ARE YOU ON THIS FORUM!!!!!!!!!

Captain Mainwaring makes me laugh as well :rotfl: :rotfl:
Captain Mainwaring he does want to pay the money back; have you missed that part out?
Natwest is in the wrong here, not the OP.
Get your facts right before advising the OP on something you feel you would rather have a go at someone.
Perhaps your bankrupt and have done what you are saying?!
What I say is no advice is better than STUPID advice, so dont bother advising.
You are making me laugh however but please, remember,
NO advice is better than stupid advice:DDELETE ACCOUNT.

I didn’t state that the OP or I should stop paying back the debt just so we could go out on the lash and p|$$ it up the wall, I stated that there should be a balance in all of this and that you can still pay back the debt and have a life, after all you only get one chance at life and you are a long time dead, clean your glasses pal and stop being nasty, read the post and you will see that the OP does intend on paying back the money, you arrogant !!!!!!!Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0

Just to update everybody. I did get a basic bank account with Yorkshire Bank with a maestro card, so im feeling good now. Oh and for Captain Mainwaring, Natwest have agreed to drop the interest they slapped on and i will be forwarding them a nice cheque for £11.5k tomorrow morning.
Many thanks Captain Mainwaring for being the biggest shithouse i have ever met.
For all you others , thanks for not being judgemental.
