Hi Guys
Sorry if this has been answered, i have searched but cannot find anything. I've been happily using my orchid dialler for the last year or so with no problems. However recently I am not able to dial my orange mobile phone no. via my orchid dialler, if i unplug the dialler then i can dial it fine hence i know it has something to do with the dialler. I can dial the rest of my families mobile no's fine but they start 077********, where as mine begins 0798*******. I have made adjustments to routing table on the CW Client adding 079 but i still can't dial it.
Any help would be appreciated.

How do you have the Orchid programmed to route 07 calls?Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

I just went into the cw client and on my table on the bit where all the various numbers come up for you to add to your table ie 01, 0844, 07 etc. I had 07 (mobile) listed on my table but as that wasn't working I searched for other no's begining 07 and tried the one that was 079 as that was the nearest thing to my mobile no, but didn't work. Sorry not very techie here, probably not explaining myself very good here.Massive thanks to all who contribute on the MSE forums, especially on grabbit and competition boards0

PM me an email address and I'll send you an Excel file showing the sort of thing you need to program into your CW Client account.
What telcos do you have accounts with?
BT?
A CPS calls provider? If so, which is it and what calls package are you on?
1899?
18185?
18866?Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market.
