Supercard or R4DS

I have just purchased a Supercard and it seems to have a pwsram error and wont load. Is there anything I can do to get it working ? The company I got the card from www.gizzards.co.uk said they will do a direct swap or exchange for an R4DS. Has anyone else used an R4 or should I get another Supercard ? Please help kids driving me crazy.

depends if you already bought a memory card .
R4 is 2gb max and supercard seems to show no limit .0 -
Not sure which 1 is newer but one of my friends has got a ds lite with super ds one card and 2 gb micro sd cards. He said it's the best thing he has ever brought because he doesn't have to worry about him lossing games as he has got about 50 games on his ds in 1 time.
P.S. He purchased the supercard from a site called gameyeeeah that deliver the packages from HK(?? seems like this), afterwards, i found the link for this supercard at their site
