Is’nt it best to show your account as it always is, if the OR see”s you suddenly withdrawing loads of cash, will he not frown upon this, i don’t want to F*@k this up in anyway, if you know what i mean......although i think your right, seems that people that play by the rules always get f*@cked over, people that duck n dive seem to get away with it......0

As long as you can explain what you have been doing e.g. withdrawing the funds for going BR, rent, living expenses, etc then I wouldn't think the OR would have a problem with it. It's if you suddenly jet off for a fortnight in Barbados that he might think things are a little bit hinky....Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

as MG said the OR will allow for expenses....dont leave you with nothing to live on, and if you take the cash from your cc it'll not be questioned as long as you can explain where the cash went and what for you'll be fineWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

If your money gets frozen in your bank account, what will you live on until its 'unfrozen'? Thats why it is normal practice to do this. Your landlord, mortgage etc still need to be paid.

Hi,
I was made bankrupt last week and before the court date, emptied my bank account and took one credit card to the limit to make sure I had the fee and money to live on.
You need to eat and pay bills. It really is a case of survival. Go to the bank before court as someone else has advised.
People on here are great and they will help you through this.

Only told my Mum today, and told a few friends at work, they all seemed really shocked, but really supportive also0
