does anyone know of any company (besides the dreaded Welcome Finance!!) that could help me with a small loan of anything from £1000-£1500 to help pay off some debts and some other things?

bearing in mind i have a few defaults, 1 CCJ (satisfied but not cleared off my record) and a HSBC managed loan!!

I don't think that there is much hope for you.
To be honest it's probably for the best judging by your record.

Please can you give details of your other debts. I do not recommend you consolidate your debts you could end up paying more. I would advice you to make a lower offer of payment to your exisiting creditors.

It is depend on how is your reputation on your previous loans. I don't think you can get one if you still have existing loan for another company.

What did you expect me to say?

Based on the information you made in your first posting I gave you what I thought was good advice.

No prime lender will touch you because of your past history - so If you don't want to consider Welcome finance and their ilk - then you are stuck.
Having a managed loan means that you have outstanding debt - getting a new loan for another £1000 only increases your total debt - please tell me why I should change my opinion?
