I'm looking for a reasonably priced (around £50) mp3 player with DAB radio.

Does such a thing exist?

    Yes, and a simple Google search turns up lots of suggestions. However I don't think you can expect something "reasonably priced" for £50, when a decent DAB portable on its own will set you back more than that. Anyway here's one site to get you started.
