BBQ - Missing Part Rottiserie

I bought a BBQ from Homebase yesterday and the image on the Point Of Sale in the store showed a "Rotisserie" on it.
When I got home I unpacked my BBQ but there was no Rotisserie, but the holes for mounting one were there.
I contacted the store who said the unit was not supplied with this accessorie, and the POS was sent out by head office. Apparently I was the only person who had noticed this error.
The Store said they did sell a rotisserie accessory that would fit the BBQ but I would need to pay for it.
There was no disclaimer on the POS saying that the accessory was not included. Just the specifications of the unit etc. (no foodstuffs or gas bottle)but, I have just checked the Website and the image there does show the accessory but online it states "Accessories, foodstuff and gas cylinder for display only. "
Am I being rolled over here - or should the store provide me with the goods as per the image on their display material??
Not sure if I'm allowed to post links to the item, but can do if clarrification required.
