    It's very unusual to have no timer at all, but not totally unheard of...

    It would be relatively simple to add on to most systems though, perhaps it would be worth getting a heating engineer or electrician to have a look for you - if there is a timer somewhere, he'll find it, and if there isn't he should hopefully be able to fit one for you! :D

    Just explain that you are unfamiliar with it...
