omg was it im soooooo sorry i looked at my pms and didnt see anyting and i sent you a pm the otherday (not blaming you as i was in the wrong) im sorry right im doing the 30th thanks toniq for today my son has done most comps today as was on page 30 i was up todate before this migrane,
ive just woke up as son said that its teatime and did i want him to do beans on toast,
bless him,the docs round in the morning so see what he says so for ill see how much i can do as need to do emails yes as aint looked all day

Poor Bella, chill out hun. All the stress will make your migraine worse. Take it easy about the comps, your health comes first. What a super wee man you've got doing your comps for you!!! All mine know how to do is whinge and moan - at least that's what it feels like today!!!! Get well soon xxxxx

thankyou my son is 10 and has adhd ,so for him it was a challene to.(sorry i aint spelling correct im typing blind as its gone blury.so cant enter comps anyhow,
god 4 a 31 year old i feel 76 and it aint good thanks everyone xxx
