Can you advise me please? Am going on holiday for a week in about 10 days and wonder if it is advisable to keep doing the tv comps right up to our departure or give the last few days a miss because should i win I wouldnt be home to receive a call. Would they keep trying for a week or so?

Are this lot a spamhaus? I got sent a link to this comp and my spam antennae immediately stiffened on (a) the website name and (b) the look and feel of the site.

I can't see them on Rricky's list of dodgy companies however; in fact, I can't see them mentioned anywhere on MSE, never mind in the Comps forum.

    What do others think?
Many tx to all who post constructively in all the forums!

I've never heard of them before, Nash.
But after reading their t&c, I'm a bit dubious.

I don't like to think of myself as gullible, but is the GMTV bingo game a con? Has anyone ever tried it? I had a free go and it said I'd won £5000 prize points. I am sure this was a con to get my details and to encourage me to spend. I never trust these things.

There's no pound sign, it's just 5000 prize points you win with no monetary value. If you register with Jackpot Joy, you can use the points to buy raffle tickets for prize draws - no need to deposit any money.

I enter 4 different points ones every day - you always win  - and have about 30,000 tickets for the current prize draws. I've never won, but then I've never spent any actual money either! MSE to the bone, that's me! :D
