Trying to finish the puzzles in PICK ME UP ISSUE 23 but struggling on the starscope atm, does anyone have the newest (sub) mag yet or can anyone help with these clues - probably far too easy but my brain not working lol



Composition - 5 letters - ESSAY?

Of Poor Quality - 4 letters

Risky - 5 letters

On Water - 6 letters

Surplus - 5 letters - EXTRA?

Comfort - 8 letters - COSINESS - thanks hjb123

I've filled in a few answers I'm sure on then filled some of the above in but it isn't making sense???????

quick request, I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but can competition poster's please write the answer in plain text somewhere on their post?

Alot of competitions where the bullet point answers have been copied and pasted turns into computer babble <smurf#[];HAT%checked£MONKEY> and you can't actually see where the answer is! MSE seems to lose the formatting or similar.

So posters please put the answer there clearly for us who can't work out the answers!

If this is a good idea, then can it be mentioned on the new 'Comps Ending...' as every1 sees those!
