Mine has completely stopped working, and wont charge or anything, help!!It wont even switch on, and i've looked on the website support bit but it's no good as the thing is dead.Any ideas, or where can I get a 2GB one cheap, this was £30 at xmas, and I can't find my receipt :(:(

    ebay is your best bet for the 2gb one or the 1gb one is about £20 at the minute in places like tesco, asda etc

    didnt really look on there. I found that link and passed it to here.

    No probs anyways. Worth sending it to them and see if they fix it and then charge you a fee

    like a sat nav company did with my dad. He sent it to them FOC as it wouldnt turn on and they said will look at it see if we can sort it for you and it will be between £30-£60.

    Few days later got an email back sayin cant fix it, wont charge you anything thanks for contacting us.

    thanks i've emailed them, but will prob end up getting another one for what it's worth.It was only £30 to start with:D

    I'd take it back to the shop if I were you, even if you don't have the receipt. If you paid by card, take the card statement with the transaction. Otherwise if you can remember the exact date the shop may have it on record. This certainly works with PC World... I returned my old Creative player without the receipt, no questions asked, once they had located the record on their computer.

    Thanks for the help guys, I know I go it roughly just after xmas, and have searched all my statements, so it looks like I paid in cash for once:rolleyes: :rolleyes: Oh well, never mind.I do want a 2gb one though, and am now looking at them with built in speakers:D
