Ended with the Bank of Ireland last year didn't it?
I use a 0% purchases card instead.0 -

No, I think this would be classed as a balance transfer and hence incurr a fee if applicable.0 -

Difficult on a 'new' card that ordinarily charges a BT fee, although I have managed to negotiate a waiving of the fee on a couple (bmibaby & JL Partnership).
On an existing card, it may be a little easier. Speak with their customer loyalty department.0
