Entitlements for graduating students

My daughter is due to graduate this summer and intends to come back home to live with us. She does not have a job but will obviously be looking for one. Does anybody know what financial assistance she/we will be entitled to?

She'll get job seekers allowance, which is about £42 a week, and she'll have to go to the job centre every other week to show she's been applying for jobs.
If you're going to be charging her rent, she might be able to claim a bit more, but I'm not sure how that works, as I did exactly the same as her, but was just entitled to JSA.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

She will not be able to claim LHA (the new Housing Benefit) whilst living at her parents home.
JSA is £47.95 a week for single people aged 16 - 24, and £60.50 for those 25 and over.
If she has not paid sufficient NI Contributions (which would entitle her to contributions based JSA), she will need to claim income based JSA. With income based JSA, any savings over £6000 will affect the amount received, and if she has savings over £16000 she will not qualify for any JSA.Gone ... or have I?0 -
Presumably you would not qualify for this if you had a part time job?0
