    I think it's brilliant. How often does a company highlight a serious environmental issue within a sales pack? This is what I love about HSBC: they use their adspend to stimulate serious discussions about getting on with each other and interpreting the world. If only more people saw communication with customers in such a liberal, open-minded way. Haters be told.

    My DS has an on-line childrens account with them, and when he logs into his account, he always has a number of messages waiting for him - the last one? Inviting him to apply for a mortgage!
    Should have got him to apply, wouldn't surprise me if they are now lending to 13 year olds!

    Strange, we are HSBC customers and have not recieved one of these, maybe it is because we ticked the no paper statements and no promotional items box.

    Didn't actually realise this thread was so old.

    I am a HSBC customer and didn't get one of these.
    Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.67
