    Your two point plan is flawed.

    They haven't changed that damned much, as he obviously has the upfront fee available.

    Please don't use "circumstances change" as some sort of pathetic excuse for a jibber who doesn't want to pay his bills .

    Nice to read all this opinion and I get the gist but the detail is still obscure. Does anbody actually know what this is about? Please no more invective or opinion, some fact is what I'm looking for.
