How do you price for fitting skirting board and laminate flooring?

Do you price per metre for skirting board or per room?

Also same with laminate flooring do you price per square metre?

Never know what prices to charge

Dont want price to high or to low

Hi James how are you getting on ? I charge £10 per m2 for laminate and £2.50 per metre for skirting, however you have to think of minimum charge if it just a small run

stil finding the pricing side bit tricky but so far all seems well as the customers had no complaints :beer:

oh and travis the prices are the just the labour charge then add materials on top?

Yeah labour only, glad it's working out for you, get some pictures of your finished work to show future clients.

if it helps, i recently had laminate floor fitted and the guy charged £10 per metre, minimum charge £100. dunno if that sort of minimum is standard or not..
