Bank charges

Hello,

I've recently put in a claim for a bank charge refund using the letter template provided on the site. Unfortunately I accrued some more charges after sending the letter....can I claim for these too??
One other thing, can the banks continue to charge £35 a time for defaults/returned payments/unauthorised ODs after the courts said the charges were unfair??

You can request these other charges also, but as far as I know the banks are going to appeal anyway, so it's unlikely you'll get any money at the moment.

When did the courts say that?

The recent judgement only said, the OFT has the right to investigate
whether or not the charges are fair. Against this the banks will appeal.

It will take a very long time, until a final decision on this issue has been reached.
