Cheapest Ntl To Mobile (evenings)

Daughter off to uni today and i wabt to be able to ring her during the week just for a quick chat etc.what is the cheapest way to ring her mobile.....i am currently on NTL.

Probaly the best way is https://www.call1899.com using their 0808 freephone mobile access number for cable customers .Calls cost 10p a minute peak and 3p a minute at weekends to any network.(Their is a 3p connection charge).Their are over slightly cheaper dial through 0871 numbers ,but as you dont no what network she is on, i cant point you in the right direction.

The other alternative is perhaps to get a PAYG sim,mobile on the network she is on,as calls this could work out cheaper in the long run.

Let us no what network your daughter is on and i will advise you further.

PS.If you dont already use 1899 you will probaly find it will cut your day to day phone bills also.

She is the o2 network. i think there is a phone i can ring her to in her halls but its an 0870 number would that be cheaper than a mobile to call ?

Yes it would be cheaper to call her on the 0870 number during the evenings.It would cost approx 4p a minute,on NTL.If you visit the site https://www.saynoto0870.com you might even find the georaphical alternative.

To call her on the mobile during the evening use the (o2 only) dial through number
0871 410 1100.Calls cost 7p a minute.(Note if you dont get connected a min call charge of approx 5p still applies.)

Is this free calls via a computer ? she dosnt have acomputer in her room yet.
