Staples, very quick replacement.

My son and his friend bought 2 leather faced office chairs from Staples. (Think it was buy 1 get one free.) It was in parts that you have to assemble. My son's chair had 1 arm missing.
He phoned them up at gone 6pm yesterday, and a replacement chair was delivered by 9am this morning!!!
We do have to send the rest of the chair back to them, but we just have to phone up to have it collected.
Really, really pleased with the quick delivery.
