"Floating Shelf" needed for bathroom sink

I'm trying to find a "floating shelf" to put my bathroom sink/bowl on but the only ones I can find are quite expensive for what they are. It doesn't even have to be real wood but I just don't know what to search for! I've seen them in all the DIY stores to display their counter-top sinks but I can't find them online for love nor money!
Can anyone point me in the right direction? The bathroom's quite small so ideally it can't be more than 30cm from the wall outwards but could be up to 50ish length wise. It needs to be quite cheap too!
This is the type I mean:

Help would be REALLY appreciated!

I think I posted the same question with even the same item as an example a year ago!
I did find some very strong wall brackets which I was planning to use with a bit of MDF, tiled with a lip (also tiled) to make it look thicker. What I then found (withe the help of another poster) was a cupboard which I think looked better in the end.
I hated the fact that for the price, you were only getting a bit of fake laminate. My cupboard cost £35 in the Next summer sale and looked great. We had to adapt it by putting a hole to fit the waste for our own sink, but you caou;d never see it. It was also useful for storage - I'd have had nowhere to hide cosmetics otherwise and totally tidy I have decided is better than floating shelf.

The thing about display sinks in DIY stores is that they never have any water in them. You are going to seriously struggle to find a floating shelf that will take the weight of a basin full of water without some clever canterlevering behind the tiles. And by clever, I mean expensive. I would be serously wary of anyone who claims the shelf they are selling you will be able to take the weight.0

I have a similar issue. I am looking to re-do my ensuite. Have ordered a gorgeous glass bowl sink, and want to re-use part of the stand that the current sink sits in. It's very chunky wood, and I'd like a white countertop to mount the new sink and tap. It needs to be shaped around the boxing in in the corner.
Plan would be to cut off the current top (with inset sink) and put a new counter top on top that extends to the wall on the right hand side. Anyone got any idea how I can do this without it costing a fortune? I was thinking of corian but that's so expensive. New sink is pink, so don't want anything patterned or coloured under it.
I'm stuck for ideas on this.:A MSE's turbo-charged CurlyWurlyGirly:AThinks Naughty Things Too Much Clique Member No 3, 4 & 5

No suggestions - it's cheap laminate, a decent bit of wood (dodgy near water, especially if you're keeping items on the worktop) or made to measure corian I think
I'm afraid you might rue the day you bought that sink. I had one and it was a nightmare - from horrid water/limescale marks so that you had to completely dry down the sink every single time it was used, then there would be marks around the sink hole and marks on the underside visble to all where I'd have to run the thin edge of a tea towel like a saw between around the join with the sink as well. It was a nightmare. Pretty only momentarily until it got wet again :wall:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

The pink sink? I'm not going to use it - it's strictly just for looking at
It'll sit on the counter so should be okay.
I hate the one that's there (inherited from previous owner)
I think it's going to be a corian job. Just not a clue where to get it from.:A MSE's turbo-charged CurlyWurlyGirly:AThinks Naughty Things Too Much Clique Member No 3, 4 & 5
