Xenical?

A few years back I was put on Xenical and lost 6 stone :jbut then problems got in the way and I zoomed back up, now cos I have tried hard and lost a couple of stone the Doc is helping by prescribing Xenical. I have already lost 1.5 stone, in 6 weeks but the best thing is that I have lost 4" overall and my waist is starting to shrink even further so I am aiming to lose another inch of so in August. I think Xenical works if you have determination and really want and need to lose weight, which I have as I am having a knee replacement sometime later this year and every lb off will help the results.

My new hobby is reading food labels for fat contents but do remember that ALL fats will be taken into account by Xenical as it does not care if it is good or bad fat so you will get Tango'd even if you have a healthy tin of Pilchards :mad:

I have been prescribed these today, took my first one with my tea a couple of hours ago, and so far just got very grumbly insides and a bit of belly ache

Roughly how long does it take after eating/taking the pill that you need the loo? Someone at work told me it was almost instant which was quite scary!
