quick question

Hi, i purchased a new suite last saturday, the firm said everything was reduced until last sunday only. We are going to arrange delivery at a later date.

Now they have greatly reduced most of their suites further-so they are all the same price as the one we got. Dh rang them today to enquire about this (also to ask another question anyway), and he was told we cant swop for another suite of the same price, as they will charge us admin fees for changing details. Are they within their rights to do this?

have you actually seen the item you will be buying and is there any mention of cooling off period in the contract?

I can see what you're saying, but I don't want the OP to get confused here.

If it was bought online or through a cold call (you are covered under the DSR), You have up until seven days after you received it to cancel the product.

If you go into a shop, buy a product, and find the shop holds a sale the next day. You have no right to cancel (without their penalty clause) just to buy the same (or better) product at a cheaper price. Put it down to bad timing!!!
