How to close an account???

I have a current account with the Co-Operative Bank, It's not in use now, I've written to them stating my reasons to close the account & 2 months later with no reply the account is still open.

I hate these people with a passion:mad:

How do i close the account???????????????????

I would suggest you pop into your branch and have a word with them.
