I ordered their electric scooter this week; it arrived today but the front wheel is broken 
It will be impossible (and unsafe) to even try to use it.
I phoned the 0845 number on their website 'contact us' page and the number is unobtainable.
I was just wondering if anyone else had needed to send anything back to them and how it had worked out.
I've sent a contact us form in, but you never really know whether they arrive or not on some sites, unless they have an autorespond set up.
