The Prince Caspian Premiere Tickets Prize Draw Rules
PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE PRIZE DRAW. BY ENTERING THIS PRIZE DRAW YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING RULES.
“The Prince Caspian Premiere Tickets Prize Draw” will run from 19 May 2008 through 9 June 2008.
1.The promoter of this prize draw is The Walt Disney Internet Group, part of The Walt Disney Company Limited, 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9PE, United Kingdom ("Disney").
2.The prize draw will have four winners. The winners of the prize draw will each receive two tickets to attend the UK premiere of the Disney film “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian”. The premiere will take place on 19 June 2008 at the O2 Arena, London. No travel costs or accommodation costs are included in the prize. Please note: entrants under 18 years of age must be accompanied to the premiere by an adult.
3.The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, but excluding employees or agents of Disney or its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies, or anyone else connected to the prize draw and their immediate family. Entries sent via agents or third parties will not be accepted. Only one per person will be accepted.
4.No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw, but all entrants must submit one question that they’d like answered by one of the principal actors in the Disney film “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian”. The selected questions may be asked by Disney or its agent on the day of the UK premiere of the Disney film “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian”.
5.Entries must be submitted by use of the online entry form available at Disney.co.uk. To enter the prize draw, entrants must log-in to Disney.co.uk as a registered user. Registration may be completed at www.Disney.co.uk.
6.Disney does not accept responsibility for lost or incomplete entries, and entries that do not comply with these rules or applicable law.
7.All entries must be received by 23:59 (GMT) on Monday, 9 June 2008. The winning entries will be selected randomly by Disney or its agent from all correct and complete entries received. The selection by Disney or its agent will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.All submitted entries become the property of Disney (please also see paragraph 14 below) and Disney reserves the right to edit any question in its absolute and sole discretion and to refuse broadcast or publish any question submitted including the questions submitted by the winning entrants.
9.The selected entrants will receive confirmation via e-mail that he/she has won a prize on or before 13 June 2008. The prize winners must reply to that e-mail within 2 days of Disney or its agent sending it, or risk forfeiting the prize. Disney reserves the right to select another prize winner if such reply is not received, and Disney shall have no liability to previously-selected prize winners who have not replied as specified above.
10.The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for the prize. In the unlikely event that the prize should become unavailable, the Disney reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
11.Personal information about entrants and the prize winners will be used for the following purposes by Disney, its agents and/or its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies:
a.for selection of a winner and delivery of the prize; and
b.in any publicity connected with the prize draw (online username, name, photograph and town/city details).
12.Except for data you submit as part of registration on Disney.co.uk, all prize draw-specific data will be deleted from the prize draw database after the prize has been awarded.

14.Release
In consideration for Disney’s acceptance of a prize draw entry:
(a) the entrant assigns to Disney all rights of whatsoever nature including all copyright in the prize draw entry for use in whole or in part by all means in any media in all formats (whether now known or hereafter created) including without limitation world wide web, internet or other similar system throughout the world without time limit and without liability or acknowledgement to the entrant;
(b)Disney is granted the right to use and reproduce the entrant’s first name, general location (for example “London”) and the question on the Disney.co.uk website;
(c) The entrants warrant that nothing in the question submitted will infringe the copyright or any other right of any person, be defamatory or be calculated to bring any third party into disrepute; and
(d) All moral rights in the prize draw entry are waived.
