Has anyone used this company or know if they are OK?
These people use granite, but they template and then supply and fit granite which goes over your existing worktops. It has all the properties of replacement granite worktops, but is quicker and significantly cheaper apparantly http://www.granite-transformations.co.uk/

A company in Norwich doe's this I think it's the same one, I've seen it on job, they can even go over tiles, it looks ok but you do get a square edge on your worktopMaybe, just once, someone will call me 'Sir' without adding, 'You're making a scene.'0

I saw a demo set up by them at the entrance to the [url=http://www.wyevale.co.uk/on/demandware.store/Sites-Wyevale-Site/default/Stores-StoreDetails?storeID=Weybridge
]Wyevale Garden Centre in Addlestone[/url] last week if that's any good to you? It looked like a 5-6mm layer of granite stuck to the top of old worktops. There would be some effort involved resetting the sink (plumbing) and gas hob (if rigid supply pipe). I didn't see what the costs were as it was manned by one of those dodgy looking sales people and I didn't want to get too close :rotfl:Signature on holiday for two weeks0
