Dorothy Perkins Store Card - HELP

Hi Please can someone help me, I have a Dorothy Perkins store card that & I am trying to get hold of a telephone number so I can

1. Change my address details
2. Cancel my Insurance payments as I was not informed or asked if I required them.

I keep trying the 0870 number but once I enter my account number it cuts me off, I have tried the website www.saynoto0870.com & there is no number for this account.

can anyone please help.

You could try sending them an email via their website asking them to contact you? The only number I have for them is 0870 124 2414.

Thank you for your help

I sent them one on the 16th May requesting a change of address and for someone to contact me but as yet I am still waiting.

On www.saynoto0870.com the Dorothy Perkins store card is listed under GE Capital, the company that run the card.

It's 0113 2807080 apparently.

If it doesn't work, try a few other GE Capital numbers. They run a lot of store cards and someone will hopefully put you through to the right place.
