How is it negative? It is factual. Is perceived as, or is?
"I've got no choice over who brings in any money. There's only me. Only ever has been just me. Only ever will be."
Please explain how that's positive in the slightest? I could find 100's of self dooming quotes from you.
I've no desire to stalk through your past postings. Why is it necessary to go through mine to try to prove a point that isn't there?0 -

How is that positive or negative? From my reading it's a summation of facts as they sound and then taking what has been and projecting that to the future.0 -
Being certain you're never going to meet that special someone certainly isn't positive in my book, but each to their own.
And I had no intention of stalking. I read and have a memory that's all.
Was only trying to help. Care deleted.

I wouldn't dream of saying "I'm going to have a housewife". Are you employing him or married to him? Is he your butler or something?
I'd have a ex-wife if I was him...
Oh get over it. It was just a figure of speech. I am sorry I didn't use the politically correct term of stay at home Dad.
No he isn't my butler, we are a partnership and have therefore discussed this at great length. And he is very happy I can assure you

Apologies if I took it as aggressive, but I can't read people well. I sometimes read things wrong; I miss jokes tooBeing certain you're never going to meet that special someone certainly isn't positive in my book, but each to their own.

I don't have much of a memory for who is who. I could probably name 20 people from this entire site... and probably remember things about 6 of them.
If you want to help, post photos of your attractive single male friends and then beat them up until they date me

No worries. I can be abrupt, but usually well meaning.

Sheesh, I'm a house wife...I'm not a housekeeper or an employee. I was higher earning than DH when we met and for a period during our relationship (I supported him through a law conversion). I'm not a SAHM, I don't have kids....
Really, so long as its affectionate I couldn;t care less what my husband described my role as being.
So, does this mean I am of no value?0 -

Exactly. It makes no difference what you are called, it is your role within the house that is important!
I know it isn't fashionable but everyone knows what you mean by housewife or househusband!0 -

It wasn't the term, it was the "I'm going to have". As in I'm going to have a cleaner, or I'm going to have a housekeeper etc. Probably just me!0 -
