EXPIRES 27th MAY
If you go through quidco at the moment you can earn £20 cashback for signing up to Tesco ediets and subscribing for 10 weeks which usually costs £29.99. With cashback this works out at £9.99
(be sure to search 'Tesco ediets' on quidco)
Tesco ediets are also currently offering a 10 day trial so you can check out the site for free and then cancel your subscription (although this will not earn you cashback).
A good deal for those who want to save some £ while losing some lbs.

I have been using Tesco ediets for one week now. Here are my newbie opinions on the actual site...
Firstly, the diet plans are very individual. You have many choices of diet to choose from such as low GI, a point allocation one like weight watchers called 'Totals'. There are varied plans based on your dietry restrictions and health related issues. I found one for me which I was amazed at because I am vegetarian.
You get a weekly menu which is highly adaptable. Good guidance on portion sizes and some free foods.
There are forums, boards, blogs etc
You get emails once a week from a diet 'buddy' who you can contact if you need to.
If you have any questions or problems and the help menu does not solve it you have 'Live chat' which is a bit like MSN messenger where you can speak live to an advisor.
There are additional optional extras such as a fitness regime and recipes section.
Its my first diet ever so can't compare with anything else. However, the proof is in the pudding (or lack of it) and I lost 2lbs in my first week.
Hope this helps.0 -
I too used Tesco ediets, and so far have lost over 70lbs!
Okay so I only used it for 20 weeks (by that time I'd printed out all the menus I needed
) but I still follow their diet from the print outs.
As Charis said its highly adaptable, more so than I've seen any other diet be, and its great for meal planning as they provide you with a shopping list of ingredients based on your chosen meals.
This is a great offer, almost enough to make me rejoin.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
70lbs in 20 weeks is brilliant.
I'm gonna give it a goThird time lucky on WW I hope :j
January: 13st 11lb , February: 13st 2.5lb, March: 12st 13lb, April: 12st 10.5lb, May: 12st 2lb, June: 12st 1lb, July: 12st 1lb, August: 11st 11lb, September: 11st 10.5lb, October: 11st 12.5lb, Currently 11st 8lb0 -
OK, you have both convinced my (cough) fat friend. I'll get him to try it.It's BARGAIN, BARGAIN, got it? Bargin my ****.0

Ah, it took me a bit longer than that, more like 10 months (40 weeks), I meant I was only subscribed to their pay for service for 20 weeks (2 x 10 weeks) but followed their diet in between and after.
I lost at a steady 2lb a week until I hit about 50lb then it dropped to 1-1.5 a week and now my BMI is just 25 I'm finding it difficult to lose more than 4lb a month. The key is positive mental attitude, wanting it for your own reasons, oh and being stubborn as heck helps too
Diets are a very personal thing, you have to find one that suits you. Just because this one worked for me doesn't mean it will work for everyone.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
The fudge brownies with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce I had for tea in the pub are certainly not going to help! I am enjoying using this site though it has to be said. 70lbs is well impressive!!!0

Oh fudge brownies are naughty! although I did have a taste of my sisters the last time we went out to eat (only half a spoonful mind).
Oh how I wish I thought like you, I can barely see the difference except when I'm clothes shopping and I still catch myself sighing at all the lovely clothes that wont fit me (and then realising that they will, yes even that really small one over there). I'd love to lose another 20lb as then I'd be right in the middle of the "healthy" range for my height (64kgs-78kgs), its not going to happen any time soon though as I'm struggling to lose anything at present.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
Hello, I wondered if any one had any luck with Quidco and the £20 actually tracking?0

Quidco tracked almost immediately for me. Do remember that it won't be validated/received until you have actually become a paid member of tesco ediets (its says this on the quidco site)0
