PCWorld Returns Procedure ?

Does anyone know the conditions for returning things to PCWorld please?

I've read the terms on their site but I think these only apply to purchases made online.

I have a feeling they won't refund anything unless there is a fault with it? If it is an 'unwanted gift' or similar, you can only get a credit note?

But if its faulty can you definitely get a refund if you return it within 14 days?

Can anyone confirm this please

I am not entirely happy with pcworld at the moment but due to recent events i actually found out a bit about their policy which they seem to try and hide. Unlike other companies who tell you on the receipt, you have to ring them up.

The 2 points that related to my purpose are below.

If you were missold you have 28 days to get a refund

If it is faulty they must give you a refund within 28 days. Ask for a manager or they will mess you around testing it instore and stuff.
