Help - DELL in breach of warranty!

Have searched high and low and have been unable to find out what to do if Dell are in breach of Warranty.
I have a "On site next business day" warranty for my video card, which has burnt it;s fan out and is unusable. I let them know the problem, ran the diagnostics...which is impossible if you have a bust graphics card...!!
And now it is Monday and have not had a reply from the email I sent....any advice from anyone having suffered anything similar.
They were told the problem last tuesday, over a week...am running out of steam and filling up with hot air!
