Has anyone tried the promotion for 25 free music downloads through
http://freemp3promo.com ? If so, would you recommend it or not? And can the downloads really be used on any MP3 player or iPOD? Sorry if my questions are slightly ignorant but I've not never downloaded music yet (last of the great mohicans perhaps)

Anyone...?
Well I've signed up to give it ago. Also noticed that they give you one free ebook as well. I've taken 3 free downloads out of 25 but am wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks or recommendations.0 -
Hey checking out eMusic free mp3 downloads. There are over 3 million tracks & work with any mp3 players. I just found the site. It has amazing music tracks.

If the music is in mp3 format as the name suggests then it will indeed work on any mp3 player or ipod. I wouldn't use it myself as I use rather less, erm, scrupulous means of acquiring my music if you catch my drift!0

Thanks Henry, but the free MP3's at http://freemp3promo.com have NO 'DRM' anti-copying and I beleive you are specifically entitled to make as many copies as you want (presumably only for yourself) if you download through them, so you don't have to be unscrupulous after all:)0 -

Hmm, DRM - Thats another thing that irritates me, but I'm not going there or I'd bore you to tears!0
