OH is the second cardholder on my egg money card.Could he apply for a 0% card then BT to the egg money or would it have to be in his name? In case I'm not clear does he need to apply for his own egg money card in order to stooze?

They will be able to transfer a balance to your Egg Money account, even if you were the only cardholder.
When processing a balance transfer the credit card company will only ask for the card number where the balance is going to. They will not ask the name of the account holder.
P.S. That is why you should have them repeat the number back to you.
I normally do it twice just to be sure. Once when I give them the number and again right at the end of the conversation.0
