Defaulted account

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Please forgive me if this answered elsewhere but couldn't find the answer. I have a defaulted additons account with Barclays. I am paying them monthly, a nominal amount as advised by CAB. Can I still reclaim the charges from them, which I think will make up a significant amount of the debt. Has anyone had this kind of experience with them?

    I would say that you could claim. Reaon being was i went through a slimilar thing i was paying £1 a month, then found this site and claimed by bank charges back. Halifax paid me the money back. However they had to pay the outstaning amount of the account first. Still walked away with £1300. I would say go for it.
    Bank Charges refunded from Halifax £2600
    Bank Charges refunded from halifax joint account £554
    Credit Card Charges refunded £300 plus interest
    I'm proud to be dealing with debt!!! :T
