Deep breath - shoulders back - no more tears.
I think I may have PND. I am going to talk to the health visitor about this on Thursday when baby clinic is on.
As well as keeping track of money matters on here I am going to take the sage advice of my good friend BB and just keep a general diary to try and keep the feelings of worthlessness in check. I haven;t discussed this with the Hubbles yet as it would break his heart. I want to talk to HV first and see what she advises and then go to him with answers as well as a problem.

I took a deep breathe and told Hubbles I thought I might be a bit PND. He was very calm and considerate and totally agreed that I should talk to HV...
