Maximum Resal Price
We have a chalet on a holiday site with a £1 coin slot meter which is set at 10 units per £1. There are 200 chalets in all and some of us have grouped together to pool info.
One of the questions raised was what is the maximum resale price and are our meters set correctly.
I have tried ringing Powergen but they can only give me their tariff rates.
Does anyone know how to establish a) who supplies our 'landlord' with electricity and b) what the maximum resale price per unit is?

This might help

Thanks for that but I have already established that the landlord cannot charge more that the cost of electricity to him. What I cannot establish is who supplies him, without asking for a copy of the bill. If I do this, I know he will 'pay us back' in some way.
According to legislation, the maximum charge is the charge set by his supplier. That's why I need to find out who his supplier is.There is always light within the dark0 -
The maximum he can charge includes a standing charge element as well as the unit charge. So 10p/unit might be acceptable.0

it depends on which area you live in. that will determine your MPAN, so then you can call your local MPAS.Beware the green?0
