Energy Helpline cashback ?

Has anyone had their cash back from Energy Helpline?. I started with my new supplier on 30 June after switching via Energy Helpline. I have called them a number of times and each time someone says "I'll get back to you after checking with our Finance Dept".

Nope, didn't get mine either. I have suspected I wouldn't, because they never sent me any confirmation email when I signed up thru their site. I think their cashback is a sham or a scam

That's worrying. I've only recently used their website to request a switch - on 14th Sept! And that was after putting it off for a while.

I got my £10 very shortly after confirmation that both gas and electricty were being switched to the new supplier. Appears as FUNDRAISING INNOVA ENERGYHELPL on my bank statement...

Initially they told me they credited my bank account. When I asked for the details (date, sort code, account # etc), they admitted they hadn't. They say they are still waiting to be paid by my new supplier (Npower).
