Complained to Next via email, re being having to pay delivery charge for item (small rug) which they sell in store, but was unavailable when I was in store. Next advised that they would order said item for me, but they would have to deliver to my house, which would cost me 3.75. Advised that I would collect in store, but they said the only way for me to get rug, was to pay to have it delivered. I reluctantly agreed, because I wanted rug. :mad: Anyway, after quick email, my complaint was dealt with quickly, and resulted in me getting giftcard with 15 pounds on it! Was only looking for delivery to be refunded.:T
