Nationwide - incredibly inefficient

Hi All
Has anyone else had problems transferring their ISA into a new account at the Nationwide? I have been waiting for about 25 days now for them to transfer my ISA over - and the original one was at the Nationwide too!! So I am not asking for money to be transferred from another building society, just from one account to another.
I am getting a bit fed up with it now and am considering Icesave. Is that any better though?

Just found another thread in the ISA folders, so I will post there! Seems that lots of people are having this problem, so it isn'tjust me.0
