I joined slice the pie last weekend and have accrued £24.23 since then with £20.59 paid already into my paypal account. So would highly reccoemend this site it isa a bit slow and boring at times but once you get more stars the money per review you will get.

Hi Mennie, I'm sorry to hear about your recent rough ride. I am also trying to save as much money as possible as i need 1k by January. Car boots are a helpful idea as you can cover costs of things such as petrol or food bills with that extra bring in. I cut out all the vouchers in the free supermarket magazines for a slight saving. Also the freebies forum means you can still have minor luxuries for free. I've also given up buying newspapers, magazines and i take my own lunches which has saved a surprising amount! I hope you reach your goal amount, Malta is lovely!

Hi All, I noticed quite a few people have mentioned the match betting as a way of raising some funds. Can someone point me in the direction of the thread for it? I assume its all legal? Just asking because it seems a bit too good to be true!....

Mennie, I hope your savings are going well, and sorry to hear about the bad time you've had this year. This site/forum is great to motivate you money wise so hopefully its helping you!! xx

  • Check out dooyoo.co.uk for making money. You earn points for reviewing things (films, music, gadgets, places, food etc etc). The points translate into 50p per 150+ word review. You also earn a little for people reading what you have written. Quicker to build up cash than Slice the Pie.

    Good Luck
