£1850 in 3 months???? Mennies Diary

Ok with £50 you could get well on the way to £1000.
Paddy Power = bet £10 and get a free £20 bet.0 -
Dont normally visit this part of the forum and I am surprised at some of the time consuming and poorly paid things that are being done to boost income.
As has been said, get along to the gambling offers thread!
If you are computer savvy and have a job (thereby having funds which you can borrow to have a float to begin with to make it easier to get the 'big' offers) there is lots of money to be made.
Don't be put off by the word 'gambling' - done properly there is no risk.
Read all the information and take your time to begin with, it doesn't matter if you dont know a horse from a greyhound you are not concerned with trying to pick winners.
If it seems like too much work compared with writing dozens of reviews for a few pence then I agree - stay clear!
Some on that forum probably would be annoyed at me drumming up more business but it seems like it is the people who REALLY could do with some extra dosh who dont know about it!
Good luck - I am into the thousands after less than a year - and there is no risk if done properly.
BTW - DONT do Paddy Power for a free £20! They offer much more than that!0 -
Have looked at the matched better forums and am still a little apprehensive. Since I can only spare £50 of my salary per month I would be gutted if I lost it. I am kicking myself already for not having the guts to try it as I have read donglemouses diary and seen the amounts that some of you have made. I am just worried I make a mistake and lose my money.
Could I start with as litle as £5?
As for AQA - I could never pass the test and same for textperts.
I wouldnt do text chat lines, I would be up for it but hubby woould rather I didnt, my sis used to do the phone lines and made next to nothing unless she worked through the night.
I really wouldnt want to let me neighbours know our problems and next doors boy does a lot of odd jobs so wouldnt want to step on his toes.
Thank you for all your advice, I just wish I had the balls as it seems like the only way I can make this money is through the matched betting.2014 = New Year, New Me0 -
Mennie, I did Matched Betting last year and made just under £4k in 6 months. As others have said there are no risks if it is done correctly. The best thing to do is post up your first bet on the forum and as for some regulars to check it. There is also a good thread on Rpoints about bookie offers aswell.
If you want to get off to an easy start you could sign up to Corals and use some of the codes which can be found on these two sites to make at least £20-£30 on their games. You would only need to start with £10 that way.We took on Mr T and we won:D
Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now :beer:0 -
FIrst of all - good luck and hope that you get to NY - £1850 is easily possible if you are saving for holiday and you can get to your local TESCO!!!
To get £1850 means you just need to save £465 in TESCO vouchers between now and August (when next statement is due) as tesco vouchers (which they send you every quarter) are worth four times as much when you exchange them for 'deals' which means that you can book your holiday with Virgin or Cosmos I think someone similar on their site (see http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/browse.aspx?N=4294967217&bid=HWorldwide)
To save £500 worth of vouchers would normally take a long while but if you take advantage of lots of their glitches you could save it in next to no time...
take a look at http://www.paidtoshop.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=44 as this will show you what sort of glitches there are...
To give you an idea of the potential I have saved £200 worth of tesco vouchers (worth £800 off the cost of a holiday as they are four times the value) since the 1st May 2008. By August I expect to have about £600 saved (equivalent to £2400 off a holiday)
This has become a valuable second income for me and I encourage anyone who reads this post to really investigate this rather generous but fairly ignored scheme.Tesco is my second home:j0 -
Thansk, but dont have a local tesco, the closest is one hours drive from here. Also the hol is with expedia, if I was to go with Virgin it would be more.
Thanks for you advice though, when I lived near a tesco I used to make loads too and remeber going looking for till receipts in the car park with unclaimed points.
I think I will ask hubby to have a look at matched betting thread as he is more logical than me2014 = New Year, New Me0 -
If you want to look into the free £20 from Corals there is a thread here on it.

At Minniemes advice I have decided to turn this into a diary to keep me motivated and will add my totals in my signature.
My hubby is out all day to day so I have the whole day to crack on with this. I am going to plant some herbs that I plan to sell at a car boot sale in July, list some stuff on ebay, do my daily clicks and enter loads of comps.
Yesterday I saved money by digging out an old unwanted pressie to recycle for my mates birthday next week, used 2 cards from the free cards from all occasions instead of buying and did not buy my usual 2 lottery tickets. Saved in total £21. Although had to buy outfit for a coming wedding so cant add that to my savings unfortunatley but I am getting the jist finally.
I need £2000 for the holiday. £1000 for the actual hotel and flights and I was allowing £1000 for spends. I have being doing a bit of research today and have found that if we get a city pass at £50 each. it gets us into every where we want to go for free and saves about £160. It also has discounts for the helicopter ride, restaurants and theatres so we may get away with a little less spending money but I am still aiming for £2000. I only have £150 saved at the moment.
I am with a number of survey and paid to click sites but find them really slow at the moment. I would like to offload some of the rubbish ones and join so decent ones that pay regular. The only ones I am receiving regular payment from are archer fish, cashinco, top cash back, pigs back and you gov. I would really welcome recommendations and will gladly used referral links.
Thanksx2014 = New Year, New Me0 -
just done all my paid clicks and only made 25p. I remember when you used to get 25p per site, now its just the odd 2p here or there. Awful!!! I keep telling myself I should just stop wasting my time but it is still free money.
Have applied for a couple of freebies and listed an item on ebay, going to raid the cupboards for more. Also going to soak a load of Barley and chick peas and used them to bulk out some meals this week to save a bit there too.2014 = New Year, New Me0 -
Right another day, another dollar?!?!
Well so far, I have done my daily clicks and earnt the grand total of 13p!!!
I have listed another 4 books on amazon, none of my amzon listings have sold as yet and my ebay items dont have bids. A little depressing.
I didnt get round to planting the herbs yesterday so will try that today.
As I am not at work today I have saved the 60p I would have spent on a paper as I will now just read it online. I will transfer that into my savings, as Mr T says every little helps.
I am thinking about writing an ebook. I started writing a guide to money saving, freebies, competitions etc a while ago and might tidy it up. I was wondering am I allowed to recommend websites in it and at the moment it is a 40 page word document. Can it stay as a Word document or must I change the format? Also what do I do about copyright?2014 = New Year, New Me0
