was not sure where to post my thread as there seem to be so many areas for this subject. I have seen the lioknk you refer to but it only answers some of my points. The T & c S are not from 2003 but rather than cards issued now, also the agreement is not signed by mint, only by myself. Where should I postng for help?

You're on the right board - just start your own new thread to explain what has happened and ask about it. Also try to make the subject title as relevent as possible.

(where it says Home » Forums > Pure Money > Debt-Free Wannabe)
This will take you to the first page of the DFW board.
On the left there will be a button for "new thead" - this will allow you to post on the DFW board.

Think this is the end of that debt, confirms it in the letter they sent me, but it does state they will be putting it all on file with credit reference agency, they are already on there but only 3 missed payments, but obviousley when they update it it will be default?

hope they dont come back to me few years down the line?
