1899 - is there a maximum call length

Rather than travelling to London to join a meeting I thought I would dial in, which would mean about 6 hours on the phone. I am just concerned that there might be a maximum call duration for 1899 ie 0p per minute for the first hour or something like that. Does anybody know please.

  • no limit, you can stay on the phone as long as you like (and I do!)

It is reported on https://www.saynoto0870.com that there is in fact now a 2 hour cut off on calls on the 18866 1899 and 18154 brands.

I think your own experience may be based in the past EdinburghLass when these three products did indeed not have a call time length limit.

Unfortunately some chataholic customers of these companies appear to have spoilt things for the rest of us. :p

NGM, it can say what it likes on the SayNo... website.

I don't understand why you want to set up confrontation between the members of these two excellent forums, but the facts are more germane.

There is no 2 hour cut-off; there may be a rather later one, but I doubt if any of us know.
