Tiscali email(Iknow I know)

Am stuck with Tiscali until January.
I can't get my emails on the tiscali web page. I can only view them through outlook express. I used to get them on the tiscali web page before broadband.
I have emailed them loads of times but as you all know they are useless.
Does anyone know how to view my emails and spam list etc on the tiscali web page?

Have a look at your settings on the computer, you have probably ticked to have messages downloaded to OE. Untick the box and they should remain on tiscali webpage until you download them.

Nope still can't open anything at all on the tiscali mail page

Just had a quick look at my tiscali email 'message centre'. If you click on the word 'Folders' in the left column, it will bring up a page with the total number of emails in each folder - inbox, spam, trash. As I had just downloaded my emails via OE it shows nothing there - could it be that you too have nothing to download as you've received/downloaded them via OE.

Maybe get someone to send you something to test.

Where can i see the spam list on OE?

Just tried mine and I can't access the web email either.

Webmail is viewing your email on the mailserver before you download it to Outlook Express. If you've no email to download you won't see anything on Webmail

I just can't access the page at all even when there is mail on it.

it is on the tiscali web page which I can't access.
As I have said I have emailed tiscali loads of times but they are useless and I refuse to phone an Indian call centre.

You can't get your spam list on OE - it isn't downloaded from Tiscali. Here's the link to the webpage email - just input your full email address and password for Tiscali - note it's your FULL email address for your username:- DON'T HAVE OE OPEN AT THE SAME TIME.
